Lazy summer days spent outside relaxing.
Our dear friends moved to Brazil in July and couldn't take their dog Dodger with them. We offered to take him and he's been fitting in great. The kids love having him here.
This little one has really been getting into 'reading' books on her own lately.
There may not be sunshine inside but she's going to wear her sunglasses and pretend she's sunbathing.

Dayson has been so excited to have a dog. He's always trying to get him to play with him. Poor Dodger runs out of energy long before Dayson does.

Poor Dayson came down with a nasty summer cold. He ended up with an ear infection which made him miserable for a couple days.

We took a trip to Stanley so BJ could preach at a church up there. We had a very enjoyable time.
While Samara was having her first solo sleepover at Grammy's house, the rest of us went to the races at the Speedway. Had a great time despite the cold and windy weather.
